Nobody knew Asin was expecting her first baby, until she announced the arrival of her baby girl yesterday. She along with hubby Rahul Sharma released an official statement saying, “We are ecstatic to announce the arrival of our angelic Baby Girl earlier today. The last 9 months have been most special and exciting for the both of us and We would like to thank all our well wishers and everyone who has been part of our journey for all their love and support.” I mean, at a time when actresses are going all out to celebrate their pregnancy by flaunting their baby bumps or say going public with their “I’m pregnant’ tags, it certainly comes as a surprise how Asin turns out to be an exception by succeeding in not letting anybody invade into her privacy through all these 9 months. No, we are not complaining. In fact, we love the fact how she kept her pregnancy so low-key, and didn’t go an extra mile to milk maximum attention during this phase, unlike you know who all we are talking about. We broke into Asin’s Instagram and interestingly, the new-mommy-in-town’s last Insta post before the baby’s announcement was back on February 14, which is exactly 8 months back from now. This in itself proves how the actress went completely off social media and all the public platforms during her pregnancy phase. That way, it must have been relatively easy for Asin to keep her pregnancy a secret for she doesn’t even stay in Mumbai. While she resides with Rahul in Delhi. Her mother’s house is down in Kochi, which is also where she delivered her baby.
